Stand back and admire the level of opaqueness they have toward their own self.
Why are communists and anarchists usually called revolutionaries?
If a non-communist regime is overcome by a communist mob and replaces it with a communist regime, I can’t think of a more apt term. As far as anarchists go, they’ve never had a successful revolution so you could, at best, call them failed revolutionaries. Perhaps the failure is a result of poor numbers for the anti-government cause.
What will happen to the Milky Way galaxy when the black hole dies?
Galaxies aren’t dependent on black holes for their existence. Once manifested, it is a permanent record.
If something has infinite possibilities, does that mean everything we can possibly conceive happening to it is also possible in some reality, or does infinite not include everything?
There is a limit that cannot be transgressed: the Law of Cause and Effect. For every condition there was a cause that conditioned it.
Why do some people lead a relatively easy life while others struggle all their life?
I hold to a controversial view: we reap what we’ve sown (whether in this life-time or one/ones before).
What is the evolutionary benefit of processing on the other side of the brain (movements for the right side happening on the left side of the brain)?
Getting to the side that releases innovation, creativity, ingenuity and the pioneering spirit is the way to break out of stagnating paradigms.
With 100 million more humans being added to the population yearly isn't this going to become a huge problem that will eventually lead to war, mass starvation or a global pandemic. And why isn't anyone concerned?
Maybe it’s time to talk to the science community about not augmenting human longevity.
What is the dimension of intensity?
As tactile stimulus it can move from none to pleasant and from pleasant to unpleasant and unpleasant to intolerable.
To possess minimum surface area, the free surface of liquid should act as compressed membrane. How can we agree with the fact that surface behaves as a stretched membrane?
Observation?
When it comes to perceptual reality, aren't we all playing the part of the philosophical alchemist, or are we more like madmen believing reality is as we perceive it?
I don’t think it’s insane to suspend disbelief when watching a movie. Why would that be any different to suspend disbelief that our environment is as physical as we perceive it to be?
Can we convert light into mass?
Light [energy] is infinite. Mass objects are really mathematical information which is limits using finite values (putting limits on the limitless conditioning form out of the formless).
Why do we need quantum mechanics?
The quantum state is the wave (information) state or pre-conversion perceptual reality. Classical mechanics deals with the dimensional state, post-conversion (our brains are the computers converting the wave state information into its perceivable form).
How do things move in time?
They don’t really move. Do you think your character you play in video games is really moving? It’s an illusion by having seamless serial events made up of particles that change location for each new frame according to physical behavior laws and the Law of Cause and Effect embedded within our reality.
When an object has a lot of mass, does it have more or less potential energy than a smaller object?
A mass object’s potential force is directly proportional to it’s size (particle count).
How does one "live in the moment"?
Someone once said, “You know not because you ask not."Ask yourself these questions and you will enter the present moment:
1. What am I seeing?
2. What am I hearing?
3. What am I touching?
4. What am I tasting?
5. What am I smelling?
Is there actual proof that the universe is "infinitely expanding" in all directions?
If we have evidence of galaxies colliding with one another, we have evidence that they ARE NOT expanding from a shared source.
How can I escape this mental prison? Where do I start?
If you realize you’re a prisoner, you’ve already begun your escape. The ego is the trap. Whatever you do to lessen your identifying with your ego (name-and-form) will loosen the chains that bind you to Ego Land.
Am I the only one who thinks it’s impossible that we are alone in this universe? I am 100% positive there is life in different galaxies.
I agree with you. I’m of the view that galaxies are purposed for life experience. Their existence would be absurd if there wasn’t life that could appreciate it.
Is it enough to use the level of integrity demonstrated by others as a measure of a standard we should expect of ourselves?
If it’s something you admire, sure.
What things should I do to gain knowledge (gyan) like Gautama Buddha?
Two practices got me results:
1. Mindfulness training [i.e., disidentify with experience by losing “I” and audibly noting the experience as a phenomenon dissociated from any identification with ‘you/I’. Instead of “I am cold” note “a sensation of coldness noted”. The longer you sustain this, the more fruitful your practice.
2. Contemplation on a particular question regarding a phenomenon found in your reality:
What is light?
What is space?
What is time?
etc..
Don’t stop until you reach understanding of the phenomenon you’re making inquiries into. Once realization is achieved, you go on to a new question and so on.
What if I were to conduct the double slit experiment by sitting in front of a particle source such as light? I have two eyes and I am observing the light - am I looking at waves or particles?
Neither. You’re looking at what the light is illuminating.
How can I not let my past define me when my awareness of the past is clear as day, am I bound to time?
You are bound to all the events you body is in, birth to death. You have the power to choose how you want to think about yourself, identity-wise. If you want to disidentify with your past history and start fresh, that’s completely up to you. Just repeat to yourself, until it becomes effectual, “I am not what I was, I am now brand new”.
What's the point of atheism?
It’s a chance for the Damned to have a platform and the Ego to usurp the throne of the Rule Maker.
What most divides us?
Choosing to cooperate with the Beast or fight the Beast.
Which philosophical question has you dumbfounded every time you think about it?
What is a soul and how is it caused?
Could living creatures exist into the dark matter but cannot be detected ever by any scientific method?
I call them non-living creatures (eternal and on stand-by until activated).
Do you wish this claim that time travel has been achieved, were true?
Not really. The time I’m in is amazing enough. I can visit the past via period-piece books and movies and knowing the future is like getting a spoiler.
The closer an object gets to the speed of light, the slower time passes for that object. Conversely the slower an object moves, the faster time passes. At what speed are we moving then that our time passes at the speed it does?
53 m/s (195 km/h or 122 mph) is our non-accelerated speed.
Are you born who you are or do you learn how to "become" who you are by your environment and experiences?
As a being, you are ‘verb’. Verbs have no stasis identity. Be-ing is a flux phenomenon. You always change and can only be said to be what you are the moment you ask yourself what you are.
What would happen to our body if we could run at the speed of light?
Only objects(mass) can “move” (a perceptually-dependent phenomenon). Light is massless(energy).
Is it true that everything around us is mostly empty space, so that solidity is a sort of illusion?
If you consider CGI to be illusion then yes.
After you left your religion and lost your fear of the afterlife, did you still feel anxiety for a reason that you couldn't explain?
To accept the idea of a fall into a miserable realm doesn’t require a religious affiliation. It can be the result of personal out-of-body experiences. That’s my reason for accepting the idea.
Is it possible for light to have no movement or speed or is it always "required" to move?
It’s not only possible, it’s true. Time stops at the speed of light. Traveling requires time and movement requires traveling.
After watching Schindler’s list, is it ok to think that humans are the most despicable species in the universe?
Nazis [Not-Sees] are not humans, they’re human-killers. They body-snatch and are scanners..

What are some of life's biggest philosophical questions?
Where do souls come from? Why was I born here? What happens to me when my body dies? Why do people lie, cheat and steal and think it’s okay to avoid the consequences of their actions (supporting injustice)?
As a physics major/physicist, what makes you roll your eyes every time you hear it?
“Space can bend!”Space is nothing, the nothing where all somethings dwell. You can’t bend nothing because there is nothing there to bend.
What is the value of humanity given all the wars and prejudice around the world today?
There’s two kinds of humanity and these two are at war with one another. There are the ones with natural souls (which tend to value divine qualities) and ones with unnatural [non-living electric] souls (which tend to value infernal qualities).
Would a Neutron star, turned supernova, be the beginning of a new Galaxy?
No, a view that galaxies start as babies and develop into adults requires linear time independent of perception and there is no such phenomenon.
How do you handle seemingly insurmountable problems?
My perfect faith in the maxim: “You get what you deserve”. If I crumble, I’ve just paid off a good chunk of karmic debt.
How is the value of the e/m ratio nearest to the speed of light?
At the speed of light it must be 100% energy to 0% mass.
How can I validate what I think is right?
Empirical evidence and support via the scientific method. Understanding can be obtained by the contemplation method.
What 5 words describe humanity?
Easily fooled agents of will.
Isn’t life like following fashion trends? If you don’t do what is socially appropriate or “trendy” to do at the time, you will be socially ostracized and deleted from the gene pool?
If it is, who wants to sit in the shallow end (for the kiddies) anyway? Is the earth and the universe conscious?
Can I put an electron over a pack of photons and make its speed equal to the speed of light? How do you explain your answer?
Electrons don’t travel. Electrons have wave nature (only dimensional objects can travel a distance of space).
What should I do/practice to be able to figure out what the universe is trying to tell me?
Prayer can be efficient if you know how to do it properly. First, you want to make sure it’s directed to the right source (the Source of All). This is done by intention. Second, you want to make sure the Source of All hears your prayer. This is done by your level of sincerity and desperation to know what it is you want to know.
If the universe dies (via heat death), and then restarts (via quantum fluctuation, thermal fluctuations etc.), and if this is a continuous process, then is the universe technically a perpetual motion machine?
Yes, as long as you are incarnating into bodies (avatars) in a certain world, that world will loop over and over again (endlessly if you never leave).
What is momentum, explain with good example?
Mass in motion (a baseball heading for the bleachers).
Does EVERYTHING in the universe. move?
Nothing actually moves. Motion is perceptually dependent. Think of a film strip. The movie characters aren’t actually moving but they appear to be when we’re watching the movie.
What would you do differently if you were Voldemort?
I wouldn’t murder people for power plays (bad karma).
How does a photon in the middle of a 2 oz lead fishing anchor differ from a photon that is traveling just less than the speed of light to highlight the edge of the lead fishing anchor so that we can see it is made from lead? Are all photons the same?
Visible light radiation can’t pass much farther than the surface of a material (if you magnify paper, you can imagine the fine material surfaces being lit up and reaching the back side of the thin piece of paper). But even x ray radiation is shielded by heavier elements like lead.
How did the universe come into being?
Only three-dimensional objects can fall through space. It needs to have finite parameters. The world you’re in is an infinite 2D plane (no borders :: Even though you never leave the top, no matter how far you travel, you cannot find a beginning or an end).
Do the opinions of others truly matter to you?
In so much as knowing the opinion of someone allows me to know where they stand.
Are there any theories as to what happens when the speed of light is exceeded?
Going faster than the speed of light would flip the linear time arrow causing time to go backwards.
Why does human life exist on earth? Do you feel a purpose to existence? Why or why not? Many believe there is no continuation of consciousness; what is your opinion? If energy exists un-endingly, what happens to our personal energies?
For the same reason any characters in a game exist (so that the game can have characters to interact with the game’s environment).
Can you actually get close enough to the end of a rainbow to Be standing in front of it?
No.
Why does light get reflected after striking a smooth and an opaque object? Why doesn't it penetrate the object?
Visible light is meant to illuminate objects so that they can be visually perceived. It makes no sense to illuminate that which is hidden by the surface of the object.
What is time dilation and how does it affect ageing?
It doesn’t matter what reference frame you’re in, you’ll age the same. An observer from a different reference frame may perceive a different rate of aging, but it’s only a perception, not an actuality.
If energy is never destroyed and is only recycled and we are energy, does that prove that reincarnation exists?
I would say it provides room for it to be a true scenario.
How can a black hole emit anything?
IMO, a black hole is simply a point of information access. Radiation is waves and waves are information stretched out when spacetime is added to it. If you remove the spacetime, the waveforms collapse and we’re back to the Singularity.
Is everyone capable of murder?
I would say everyone is capable of hating someone enough to want them deleted from existence. Who really wants to tolerate the existence of one who torments them?
Is there any argument for why something past-eternal must necessarily be future-eternal as well?
Yes. Eternity is perceptually independent and has no beginning or end. ‘future’ depends on prediction conditioned on an intuitive understanding of how events are causally related.
What is the main aim of education?
To indoctrinate us into consensus-think.
Is classic mechanics valid for an atom?
Hardly. Electrons have wave nature.
Does time only exist in the human mind?
That which conditions linear time only exists in our mind (the perception of moving objects).
How do you put something in orbit?
By transporting it to the distance from the earth’s surface where an object’s free fall vector is parallel to the earth surface rather than perpendicular.
Can light or energy be black?
No, unless you euphemize.
At what reduced speed of light would relativity affect daily life and be observable?
You can’t slow down waves (they don’t actually travel). You can only slow down objects (with mass).
If an astronaut travels at the speed of light to a planet 5 light years away, spends an hour and then returns, her son will be 10 years older but how much older will she be?
Time stops at the speed of light. She would have aged one hour.
Why is it that ‘The more you know, the more you know you don't know’?
Every answer brings twenty-one questions with it.
How can we exactly say that time had a beginning?
The only thing necessary to begin linear time is to perceive an object changing locations. The perceiver will mentally note the object’s previous location as a past event and, if the object is still in motion, predict a future location for that same object.
What are black holes in your opinion?
Entry sources for pre-dimensional information describing galaxies.
If the event horizon is the point at which light cannot escape, does that mean light has a natural acceleration with an obvious upper limit?
Only mass objects with the ability to travel distances in space have acceleration rates. A light wave doesn’t qualify. If light is at locations separated by spacial distance and yet cannot travel, the speed of light must be instantaneous arrival from departure (no distance traveled, no linear time measurement).
In what ways may free will be compatible with determinism?
At first glance, it would seem that to evade undecidability in the asymmetrical expression of possibilities, a determined reality has no way to accommodate will. If we're discussing the issue of how non-determined intention can coincide with causation necessarily determined, it can be explained this way. The infinite state can only be one "I" if this "I" has no form. Form is needed to separate and cause 'other'. Though the "I" inhabits innumerable bodies, it's the same one. It will have the same intention nature being that same "I". If the "I" is unalterable and bodies and their environments are unalterable being in a causal chain, the will of this "I" can be predicted. Events can be determined to match this predictable will. The difference in perception causes different choices to be made to acquire the same desire, namely, a pleasant outcome.
Do you believe the universe has always existed?
The finite exists by way of generation from the Infinite.
There wouldn't be finite distances if Infinite Space wasn't Reality.
There wouldn't be linear time if Absolute Time, the Always Now wasn't Reality.
There wouldn't be imperfect wills if Divine Will wasn't Reality.
There wouldn't be conditional love if Unconditional Love wasn't Reality.
There wouldn't be flawed reasoning if Perfect Reason wasn't Reality.
There wouldn't be egos (mini-creators) if the Macro Creator wasn't Reality.
There wouldn't be finite existence if Infinite Existence wasn't Reality.
Do you think who you are is enough?
Sure.
I have hearing (allows me to enjoy great music).
I have sight (allows me to enjoy the pretty sights).
I have smell (allows me to enjoy pleasant aromas).
I have touch (allows me to enjoy sex).
I have taste (allows me to enjoy beer, steak and chocolate ice cream).
It doesn’t matter who you are. Sooner or later you’re gonna end up a big o’ pile of them bones…
I've heard how vast the universe is, could we ever actually hope to comprehend it wholly?
Why? So you can be distracted from enjoying all those things that are in your reach in the world you’re born into?
What can you say about motion of these two bodies when relative velocity of the body A with respect to body B is zero?
They have identical velocities (both direction and speed).
What would you choose: save your own life or save ten others?
I’d save the ten others. How often do people get the opportunity to die a hero’s death?
What exactly is it about squaring a number that makes it so fundamental to describing how the universe operates? WHY do we square the speed of light to describe mass/energy relationships, for example?
We square the speed of light unnecessarily. Whether c is squared or not, when c = 0, the answer is still correct: e = 0
What are three things you should cut out of your life if you are depressed?
Thinking about the future.
Thinking about the past.
Socializing with people you don’t like.
Can an object travel at infinite speed?
No. A physical object is a mass object. In order to go infinite speed, it has to be massless (energy).
Why do people always want more, even when they have more than they know what to do with?
It’s the nature of experiential reality and a false belief that perfect satisfaction is attainable. When we enjoy something, we get the idea that we can increase the enjoyment if we had more of that something.
Are we limited to our senses and can't think beyond them?
We don’t need our senses to think. I’ve been completely out of my body and I was thinking just fine.
Do you think money is meaningless?
No. It means a lot of crimes can be invented:
-kidnapping for ransom
-bank robbing
-purse snatching
-pocket picking
-counterfeiting
-insider trading
-money laundering
etc..etc..etc…
Is light the fastest moving particle in the entire universe, or are there particles that move faster than light?
A particle has a value for mass, spin and charge. Light has no values for any of those. It doesn’t qualify being labeled a particle.
What's the meaning of my life?
What is the meaning of life? We can examine the body and the environment the body is placed in to find the right clues. The body provides opportunity to make relationships with all types of other living bodies. That would be a clue: forming fulfilling relationships would is a purpose for this life. If we weren't here to live the life how we want, who were we supposed to live our lives for? For a tribal god that never stops by for coffee or brings birthday presents for our children? The body allows for artistic expression and the environment has many mediums and materials for tool-creation. That would be a clue that to create art is a purpose for life. The fact that we have the necessary limbs to actualize the inventions of our mind's creation clues us in that inventing stuff is a purpose for life. The body, having many sensory organs to experience a sensory world would clue us in that to experience a variety of sensations would be a purpose for life. If it feels good, do it, but not at the expense of someone else's good time.
How can you tell if you are using a leisure activity as an escape from your problems or if you are just enjoying yourself in a reasonable way?
The biggest problem we face is that we will die some day. After we die, our earthly problems are no more. Knowing this, pursuing leisure activities makes a lot of sense.
Compared to the dimensions of the Universe (from quarks to the Universe itself) are humans big or small?
You can’t compare that which has no size [non-relative] with that which does have size [relative].
What is the charge, if it is energy or mass, or what and why is there a positive charge and a negative one?
The particle’s two value choices for charge allow for a range of material behaviors (attraction :: repulsion).
You know everyone dies one day, but when you really deeply understand and realize that everyone includes "you", how do you feel? What changes?
It depends on my awareness state at the time of introspection. The more identified with my name-and-form, the more troubling it is. If I’m in a mind state of disidentification, the contemplating of it isn’t a negative experience at all.
Is there a difference between your physical body and your consciousness?
Sure.
Consciousness is subject, body is object
Consciousness is owner, body is owned
If the Sun's gravity is constantly pulling planets toward it, why hasn't the Earth been pulled into the Sun?
Let’s get this straight. The earth is pulling at the sun, and the sun is pulling at the earth and there isn’t any resistance stopping them from meeting and yet the sun stays the same distance away from the earth! *we know this whenever we see a solar eclipse*
Since matter can be turned into energy, wouldn't it mean that everything is energy (or matter)?
When Infinite Energy becomes finite, it becomes mass. When the Undifferentiated becomes differentiated, it becomes information. When the Flux becomes limited, it becomes stasis. When the Subject becomes mortal, it becomes object (a body::identification with name n' form). The singularity is both massless and infinite mass: the exact same thing. Singularity: single location. Time stops at the speed of light and since linear time and spacial distance have direct correlation, where linear time stops, spacial distance disappears. Energy in non-motion is no longer energy. Energy is in the Infinite state; a state of non-motion. By way of divine thought, energy puts limit on infinite properties, actualizing potentialities. We are Energy without definition. If we had definitions we'd be something instead of nothing. Something is created from Nothing. If God is Something, we would need a Nothing to create God (Something). Energy is Nothing. We need definitions to be something. Energy has no mathematical definitions. Energy is the perceiver being deceived by its own self, the deceiver. Matter is in a dimensional state. The brain builds this information according to specs. Mass isn't caused by the slowing down of energy as is commonly purported. The deception happens via the brain-nervous-system-senses. It converts the math-like information (blueprints) into a three dimensional representation (spacetime reality). Someone told me there is nothing causal at the subatomic level. Sure there is. That's what makes up the objects of spacetime events. If an object is changing location, all the particles making up that object change location.
Is the universe an accident?
You could similarly ask if your favorite video game is an accident (no).
Is it possible to have other Big Bangs that occur sufficiently far away from us?
That’s pretty much my personal view; our galaxy has an origin separate from all other galaxies.
Does gravitation depend on mass?
The weight or potential force of an object depends on its mass.
How long is our universe?
You can’t measure relative reality.
Is it a waste of time to hate someone else?
Hate is conditioned on your perception. You can change your perception if you so choose. If you enjoy hating, enjoyment is never a waste of time.
Why does time get slower when objects move at the speed of light?
Time doesn’t get slower, it stops. Objects are particle-made and particles have values for mass. Only energy (massless) can be said to be at the speed of light.
What is the one thing in the media/news right now that scares you the most?
Nothing. It’s delusional to fear determined events.
What amazes you about the world?
It seems so real!
How big is the non-observable universe?
If your mind fits inside your skull, all that you perceive can fit inside of it (your brain provides your mind all your perceptions received via the nervous system from the sensory sites). What isn’t perceived/observed has no size whatsoever (observing allows for perception of both space and time<<perceptually-dependent reality).
What are the spatial qualities of space, disregarding any and all fields that may exist within it, and by what physical mechanism does mass affect these spatial properties?
Distance is spacial and space is what we call the distance between mass objects. The only relationship mass objects have with space is how they are located (superpositioned) relative to one another and with the observer perceiving the objects.
Why is the sun hot if space is cold?
How could space be cold? Air gets cold but there isn’t any air in outer space.
By way of experimentation, this person has determined that space is neither cold nor hot..
What is the temperature of earth?
That can’t be answered. It isn’t uniform.
Does a part of you hate everything?
‘You’ has no parts. Hatred is either conditioned at the moment or it isn’t. Let’s say you hate your father. You don’t hate him if you’re not thinking of him.
Is it possible that our universe is part of some multiverse superstructure, and what might this superstructure look like?
I really frown upon “Is it possible?” questions. Why? If the universe is part of some multiverse superstructure, then it IS. If it isn’t then it ISN’T. We need to determine if it is or isn’t.
At work, Do you pretend your life is better than it actually is?
My work is my life. If anything, I don’t show how good it is to those I mingle with (downplaying).
What is the force exerted by the block on the floor if a block of mass 8kg is kept on smooth horizontal surface and 30N force on right side and 50N upwards?
78.45 - 50 = 28.45 N if the force is pushing the block upwards.
We all use the word "nothing" but do we actually know what it is? Have we any examples where there is truly absence of something?
Nothing is just the space outside of and in between somethings. If nothing was something, it wouldn’t be nothing.
How can you throw something and it slows down and comes back to you?
The force on the thrown object diminished in a directly proportional way with time (how long it was forced) and space (what distance it traveled because of the applied force). Once the force’s influence has been used up, it resets to an acceleration from a stationary position.
When was the last time you can recall thinking about absolutely nothing?
That question is incoherent from how I’m looking at it. The ‘absolutely nothing’ i.e., mind, is the thinker thinking up various and assorted ‘somethings’.
If immortality was possible but only at the loss of free will, Would you take it?
Only if I was an utter fool who threw away an eternity of different egos/avatars and the worlds they get to play in.
If the Milky Way were the size of a coin, how far would be the edges of the observable universe?
Size is a relative attribute of objects. If seen from the right reference frame, it already is the size of a coin. You can only attempt to measure distances relatively and solely from your respective reference frames and unless we can see from a pov that allows us to see an absolute void, that isn’t a possible piece of data we can obtain.
If the whole universe is constantly expanding, will I ever be tall enough to ride the fairground rides?
If it is expanding, it isn’t doing so uniformly (not affecting a world with fixed star configurations (constellations). That being the case, universe expansion does nothing to aid you.
What would happen if you connected two brains together?
Not clear on the meaning of the question. If they are not receiving any input from sensory organs, they work as an odd meat exhibit.
How much (percentage) do we know about the brain?
Computer science is a science born out of our discoveries of the workings of the brain. This evidence is enough to conclude we’ve learned a vast amount of valuable and useful information about it.
If Universal Inflation can be compared to a Balloon being inflated, could a sufficiently technologically advanced being, go in one direction, and come back to its starting position (like you can do on a Balloon)?
If you put black felt dots on that balloon would you ever predict those dots colliding sometime in the distant future? Then why do we have an Andromeda/Milky Way collision predicted?
How strong should I be before splitting the Earth in half?
It’s not strength that is required. You need to first be able to fit both of your elbows into your mouth at the same time (without any body dismemberment), yodeling Sweden’s national anthem backwards while completely submerged in bumble berry kool aid.
It has been proven that IQ is by far the biggest predictor of success, being 5 times more important than conscientiousness. (please don't give me a feel good answer) Does this mean that I should give up on my goals?
Success is a backyard bar-b-cue with family and friends, enjoying music food and laughter. You don’t need a high IQ to enjoy the good life.
Simulating consciousness is the same as actual consciousness. Why or why not?
Cartoons simulate real living people. The former is a perceptual illusion, the latter is not.
To time travel in the future we just need to reach the speed of light?
Instantaneous arrival from departure; how are you going to manage that?
How do we measure our weight, in the absence of gravity?
f=ma
force = how much mass is being accelerated (resisted)
objects are made of particles and particles have a value for mass. Potential force is inherent in objects with mass. The weight of an object is the measurement of an object when it is being resisted to a stop. That is what the earth surface does. It resists objects to a stop. If the earth suddenly disappeared, the objects would accelerate until they reach terminal velocity (when resistance is 0 and weight is at a 100% potential (0% actualized).
Why is evolution never referred to as a law when gravity has both a theory and law aspect?
A theory is built on a hypothesis and a hypothesis is the “imagined answer”, a result of being the most likely solution to a mystery. Inferences are not fail-safe and are used as gap fillers without empirical support to justify it. There is room for a hypothesis that correctly identifies the way things have come about that hasn’t yet been thought of or considered. This allowance for correction is why it can’t be a law, which is a term for the non-controvertible (a certainty that nothing in the future could come along to overturn what is explained and labeled as a law).
Would life be better if there were no pain?
It would rob us of some mind states that most would find a positive part of life:
reconciliation after relationship break
emotional comfort after grief
relief after feeling hopeless
acute awareness of well-being after a period of sickness
These exist symbiotically which means if the one is removed, the other has no way of being conditioned.
Why is there so much confusion about the concepts of mass and energy?
It seems only a small percentage of the population has been up to speed regarding the news that particles making up mass objects also have wave nature; an attribute that was thought only to belong to light. This turns the common understanding of atomic theory on its head.
What are the main theories that explain how the universe came into existence?
The faithful: “God did it”
The unfaithful: “The I-don’t-know which is a non-God with no God-implications” did it
The non-rational: “It was always here. Creation doesn’t need to be caused.”
The correct: “It is mathematically-designed and is able to convince the player indwelling the characters/avatars that it isn’t a game but a real objective reality that can exist without anyone to observe any of it.”
Is it true that ‘All the world’s a stage and we are only players’?
It’s a lot closer to the truth than the narrative: “from goo to you via a lucky strike from a lightning bolt”
