Increasing time dilation only happens if you hit the rewind button on the movie. Once the frame-rate change speed is transgressed (terminal velocity), the non-transgressable ratio between velocity, mass size, linear time speed and spacial extent must be adjusted accordingly. If you slow down a movie, the audio will change (lower) to match the visual aspect. That would be a good way to get the idea across.
