This "fish" symbol is actually a "Yoni" symbol representing the female's genitals.
It's more of a Roman Catholic Christian symbol and can be seen incorporated in Vatican architecture:
The Mother Goddess was considered the greatest mystic power of the universe.
The Eucharist in the Roman Mass is a rite, "giving thanks" for the birth of the Son (Prophet) of the Lord [Allah].
Mosque Painting According to Muslim tradition, the Kaaba stone was originally white, but turned black from being in a world where it absorbed humanity's sins.
“Indeed touching the Black Stone and the Yemeni Corner remove sin.” -Musnad Aḥmad The Black Stone that represents the Son (Prophet) born from the Yoni
Psalm 2:12 "Kiss the Son, lest he be angry, and ye perish from the way!'
2:12

Stella Maris is the sun in the sea, a reference to Mother Mary, and originally, the Goddess Isis.
It is the Persian Mehrab (a semicircular niche in the wall of a mosque) which was later used in mosques to indicate the direction of prayer.
