Psalm 2, The Divine Threat of Violence

"Why do the heathen rage, and the people imagine a vain thing?" Who are the heathen? One who is not a Christian, Jew, or Muslim. "The kings of the earth set themselves, and the rulers take counsel together, against the Lord, and against his anointed, saying, "Let us break their bands asunder, and cast away their cords from us."
The ones being referred to are non-Jew/Muslim rulers who are in bondage to a Jewish/Muslim Ruler (the Anointed One or Prophet) of the Lord of this World (the One able to offer the Kingdoms of this world to Jesus when he met him in the desert). 2Cor.4:4 "the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not"

"He that sitteth in the heavens shall laugh: the Lord shall have them in derision. Then shall he speak unto them in his wrath, and vex them in his sore displeasure." This is a Wrathful Lord who vexes (cause distress to). "Ask of me, and I shall give thee the heathen for thine inheritance, and the uttermost parts of the earth for thy possession."
This is a promise to the King of Israel/Jerusalem that they shall be masters over those not submitted to the Religious State here on earth. Violence worthy of a Fascist Dictator is approved by this Lord upon those unwilling to submit: "Thou shalt break them with a rod of iron; thou shalt dash them in pieces like a potter's vessel. Serve the Lord with fear.." This is describing an individual such as Roman Emperor Constantine who ruled Constantinople in Turkey.
