The Hamsa (Eye inside the open palm) links Islam, Roman Catholicism and Judaism.
It unites 3 Isis/Sirius tribes: the hamsa is believed by Muslims [Sunnis], Jews and Catholics, to provide defense.
The Hamsa is also variously known as the Hand of Fatima (Daughter of Mahommed), the Hand of Miriam (Mother of the Prophet of Islam) and the Hand of Aphrodite (Mother of the Baphomet, Hermes being the Father).
Amongst the Jewish people, the hamsa is a very respected, holy, and common symbol.
